All of our classes are led by qualified, enthusiastic instructors who can adapt the routine to your fitness level.
Swim laps, water walk, or do your own workout. Lanes are open for lap swimming. Half the pool is open for water walker (or floaters) to go from shallow to deep. Shallow end is open for members to use weights, kickboards, noodles; deep end is open for floating with noodles, belts, and dumbbells.
Discover AquaBody Strong fitness classes. These board classes develop and work on core stabilization and balance, they focus on flexibility strength, power, and endurance training. Each ABS class incorporates all of these elements to provide participants with the largest amount of benefits. Classes are good for ALL levels of fitness from the active ager to the fitness enthusiast.

Aqua Dancing/Water Movements
This Class is Offered every Monday at 8am
Come and try a fun and different way to get a good cardio and muscle building workout. Other than having a GREAT time the primary goal is BioExercise-to improve not only physically but mentally. Yes that means thinking and moving at the same time! You will do 3-4 dances every class – often repeats, but not always. After all we need to spice it up sometimes! The genre of the dances will run from Motown, pop, to country most being done in line format. Other water exercise movements will be done between dances.
Aqua Drenched Deep Challenge
This class is offered every Monday at 7am
Get into shape with this cardio and body sculpting workout designed for all fitness levels looking for a challenge. Class includes effective and safe combinations of movements to strengthen the heart and tone the body! Have fun while achieving your fitness goals. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.
This class is offered every Tuesday at 8am
This class will take you through different variations of shallow water exercises that focus on cardiovascular improvement and muscle toning. We do use different equipment during this class.
This class is offered every Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm
This class will take you through different variations of shallow water exercises that focus on cardiovascular improvement and muscle toning.
This class is offered every Wednesday at 8am
Come try a floating plank, floating cobra, or a downward facing dolphin and more! This class blends elements of Yoga and Tai Chi practices with dynamic flexibility and patterns to heighten the stretch. Class will take a new twist on poses that will challenge balance and stability. Feel the benefit of the stretch while submerged in the soothing aquatic environment. Flowing moves are for all fitness levels.
Primarily shallow but can be done in the deep end if needed.
This class is offered every Wednesday and Friday at 7am and Monday’s at 5pm
This class is a High Intensity Cardio class. Designed to work your whole body. Using a different variety of moves to challenge you arms, legs and abs. Using the water as resistance for the most part, although occasionally will use equipment.
Shallow & Deep Water
This class is offered every Thursday at 8am
This class will take you through different variations of shallow and deep water exercises that focus on cardiovascular improvement and muscle toning.
This class is Offered every Friday at 8am
This class is a high intensity cardio workout. With interval training for great total body toning.
Shallow or Deep
This class is offered Every Saturday at 8am
With rotating Teachers: What this means is that all the teachers are taking turns volunteering to teach a Saturday morning class. A great workout every time with a Mix and Variety of teachers! Come and start your weekend off great!
In the Gym.
This class is offered every Tuesday & Thursday at 6am
This is a basic yoga practice done on land. This class is good for all levels.
Personal training sessions will emphasize:
- strength training
- weight loss
- senior training
- special needs training
- balance & flexibility
- injury rehab training
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are available to RCCP members and the general public, age 11 years old and up.
Sessions will consist of a variety of exercises performed in and out of the water.
